- The lead line is built from 1 square + 1 saw, hard sync feel, cut lp 12 db/oct near 4540 Hz with the filter quick pluck-open on the attack, closes into the sustain; it sits on top of the arrangement carrying the vocal-answering hook. Written for Nakamori's 1988 album Femme Fatale; gear and style approximated from the album's documented production (arranger/producer credits: Alan Gorrie / Scott Wilk; period gear: Yamaha DX7II, Roland D-50, Emulator II sampler, Oberheim Matrix-12 — cut with Alan Gorrie (Average White Band) on the writing/arranging side, leaning the record toward synth-bass funk).
