A mono synth bass built from 1 saw + 1 square -1, run through a LP24 filter that moves with the phrase rather than sitting static, in keeping with Nakata's early-2010s Perfume/Capsule-era rig (Roland Juno-106 and SH-101 for bass and arps production. Modulation and drive are light so the part sits under the vocal rather than fighting it.
