Greenfield's part on 'A Soldier's Diary', on 'Suite XVI' (2006) is a sustained keyboard pad that fills out the harmony and gives the track its atmosphere. It sits alongside Burnel's bass and the guitar, doing real harmonic and rhythmic work rather than just colouring the track.
