Rise Above (O.N.I.F.C., 2012) -- approximated from Pharrell/The Neptunes' known work: a Roland Juno-106 stab and Sequential Prophet-5 pad over an MPC groove. A lead part built from 2 square -1 through a LP12 filter, cutoff sitting near 3300 Hz with modest resonance for movement without harshness. Pharrell-produced, featuring Pharrell, Tuki Carter and Amber Rose. Amp envelope keeps the lead sitting in the pocket with the drums; a clean signal sits it in the mix untreated.
