Keith Emerson's rock arrangement of Copland's fanfare puts a Moog synthesizer lead directly in the role the brass section plays in the original, and Emerson's Moog rig and playing are among the most thoroughly documented in synth history. Keep the tone brassy and confident, mirroring an orchestral fanfare rather than a soft pad.
