notes
Bass part for "Das Land der Elefanten" on ? (Fragezeichen) (1984). No isolated stem or interview documents the exact patch, so this is hand-tuned to the album's known rig: Roland Jupiter-8, Sequential Circuits Prophet-5, PPG Wave 2.2, E-mu Emulator over LinnDrum, produced by Reinhold Heil and Manfred Praeker. Voiced and filtered to sit as a bass in a driving arrangement typical of the January 1984 second-album sessions, cut in the same Jupiter-8/PPG/Emulator rig as the debut.
