Digital D-50/M1 style ostinato riff plus a wide pad; a defining eurodance tone. LA synthesis layers a PCM attack transient over a subtractive body, so a burst of noise on the attack fakes the PCM click here: two detuned saws through a moderately open LP24 around 2.5 kHz, chorus, hall reverb and delay for the wide riff.
