The bright, percussive digital-clav hook that would define Ace of Base's whole sound is already fully formed here: a sharp, short pluck with almost no sustain, echoed by a short delay so it fills the space between the sung phrases. Light chorus is the only real polish over an otherwise dry, budget home-studio signal chain.
