- The bass sits on the off-beat in the reggae-skank pattern that would become the Ace of Base signature, a round square-plus-sine-sub voice with almost no resonance so it stays warm rather than aggressive. This pre-fame regional single already carries the D-50/M1 sound the group rode to global success a year later.
