The squelchy hook usually assumed to be a TB-303 is, per Adamski's own deconstruction interview, played on an Ensoniq SQ-80, a hybrid wavetable synth with an analogue filter, giving it a slightly different, more digital edge than a pure acid-house 303 line. Drums are a Roland TR-909 and Yamaha RX120.
