- The lead line is built from 1 saw + 1 pulse, PWM sweep, cut lp 12 db/oct near 2540 Hz with the filter opens sharply then decays with the amp envelope; it sits on top of the arrangement carrying the vocal-answering hook. Written for Nakamori's 1988 album Femme Fatale; gear and style approximated from the album's documented production (arranger/producer credits: Alan Gorrie / Scott Wilk; period gear: Yamaha DX7II, Roland D-50, Emulator II sampler, Oberheim Matrix-12 — cut with Alan Gorrie (Average White Band) on the writing/arranging side, leaning the record toward synth-bass funk).
