- The Distance bassline is a mono, 909-locked synth part built to sit under the kick: 2 saw -7 + sub sine -1, filtered LP 24 dB/oct at ~320Hz cutoff, res 0.15. It carries the groove of the Aura EP, from his current melodic techno / UK garage-flavoured crossover sound. Synth: Serum and Vital leads over Moog/Elektron analogue bass, with UK garage-leaning chord stabs and swung hats, his 2023-26 crossover production language.
