- The chorus rides on bright, disco-flavoured synth stabs layered with strings, giving the track its uptempo dance-pop energy. The stabs are short and rhythmically tight against the four-on-the-floor pulse. Reconstructed by ear from the finished mix. Instrument choice is approximated from Max Martin/Shellback/Ilya's well documented MXM studio workflow of this era (widely reported in trade-press interviews): built around Access Virus TI and Roland Juno/Jupiter analogue-modelled synths tracked through Cubase, not a documented per-song patch sheet.
