The lead line on "Baby's Got a Neutron Bomb" is voiced on the Roland D-50/Korg M1 rig, detuned saws pushed through a bright filter sweep to cut over the choir/orchestral bed. Filter cutoff and resonance are pushed up on the chorus for extra bite.
