Re-recorded version on the album; the sci-fi title suggests a laser-style synth lead. Incidental fx material on "Shoot That Laserbeam" uses the Roland D-50/Korg M1 rig for texture and transition hits rather than a melodic part. Filter cutoff and resonance are pushed up on the chorus for extra bite.
