As the album's short instrumental interlude, 'Subway' is carried almost entirely by an ARP Odyssey melodic line, one of the clearest showcases of Weaver's synth work on the record with no lead vocal to compete with. Reconstructed from the track's largely synth-and-rhythm-section instrumentation.
