"Slave Nation" on Africanism Vol. II (2003) is French house / electro-house transition; the lead synth line carrying the top-line hook was built on Korg M1-style 1 saw -1 + 1 pulse -1, filtered and swept to sit under the vocal/sample hooks typical of Bob Sinclar's Yellow Productions-era production, with Akai S3000 used for the drum/sample layer around it. Filter movement and 1/8 dotted delay + room reverb keep it moving without crowding the mix.
