Built from 2 saw -1 wide detune, pushed through a lp 12 db/oct, slow-moving filter around 2874 Hz with 0.15 resonance, then left clean for grit and glued into the mix with long hall reverb, wide stereo chorus, sidechained to the kick so it pumps under the beat.
