- The dark atmospheric pad on "Nothing" (Closer EP) is a stripped-back, empty-sounding pad true to the title. Built from 2 saw -1 wide detune, pushed through a lp 12 db/oct, slow-moving filter around 3094 Hz with 0.21 resonance, then left clean for grit and glued into the mix with long hall reverb, wide stereo chorus, sidechained to the kick so it pumps under the beat.
