Percussive synth stabs punctuate the groove. A stab part for "Baseball Cap" built with approximated from Rollo Armstrong & Sister Bliss's known work: they used a Roland Jupiter-6 and SH-101 for basslines and pads, Korg M1 stabs and an Akai S1000 sampler for breaks, sequenced on an early Cubase/Atari rig at Swanyard Studios in this era (1995-1996 UK progressive house/trip hop). 2 saw + 1 square -1 through a LP 24 dB/oct filter (cutoff around 3290 Hz), shaped by the hard percussive snap that decays fast, no sustain.
