A bouncy, disco-indebted synth bass drives the whole track, doubled with real bass and horns for maximum uplift. It is rounded and slightly funky rather than aggressive. Reconstructed by ear from the finished mix. Instrument choice is approximated from Max Martin/Shellback's well documented MXM studio workflow of this era: Access Virus TI and Roland Juno/Jupiter analogue-modelled synths tracked through Cubase, not a documented per-song patch sheet.
