A slow-moving 2 saw -1 pad washes under the verses, low-pass filtered at 24 dB/oct, cutoff around 4654 Hz with modest resonance, giving the arrangement its atmosphere and sustain. Fits the bright, sample-heavy Junk Culture period where the Fairlight and PPG Wave replaced the Mellotron.
