The lurching fairground-waltz collapse that ends the track: Larry Fast's Moog modular and Polymoog build a wheezing, detuned organ-like wall that Bob Ezrin pushes into deliberate distortion as the song falls apart. The pad tracks the tempo drag rather than staying in time.
