The whole track is built around this one bouncy synth hook, a resonant, fast-envelope detuned saw stack with a light glide between notes that gives it its rubber-ball, 'poing' character. The filter snaps open hard on the attack and closes quickly, which is what makes the riff read as a bounce rather than a sustained lead.
