notes
On "Opportunity Nox" (The Pop Hits, 2003) the stab part is a punchy synth-brass stab accenting the chorus downbeats, built from Nord Lead virtual-analogue saw stack with a JV-2080 string/pad layer underneath. Filtered with a lp12 slope around 4954 Hz and shaped to match the late-90s/2001 Have a Nice Day / Room Service sessions production.
