"Stratos": This is the tech-house tool-kit Paganini used on his Amazing/Hotfingers-era 12-inches: an SH-101 rubbery bassline under a Virus TI stab. The bass part is mono, a slow filter sweep synced to the bar, giving the loop its hypnotic pull under the kick. No measured patch exists; approximated from Paganini's documented gear and production style for this era.
