The lead pairs a sampled transient with a synthesized sustain, the digital-hybrid sound the D-50 popularised as the PPG-era Eurodisco palette gave way to a cleaner late-80s production. Chorus and plate reverb keep the same wide, glossy treatment as Cretu's earlier Sandra singles.
