- On "Memories Fade", Ian Stanley and Chris Hughes' rig: Roland Jupiter-8 and Yamaha CS-80 for pads and leads, PPG Wave for the bright arps, LinnDrum for the click track that everything else was played to. Here it carries the synth-bass line, played mono with a fast filter pluck so each note has a percussive attack before settling. Reconstructed by ear from the record; no official patch sheet survives for this part, so the specific oscillator and filter values are an informed approximation anchored to the album's known gear.
