Something New (Rolling Papers 2, 2018) -- approximated from Hitmaka and Ayo the Producer's known work: Omnisphere pads and Serum sub bass, current pop-R&B session staples. A pad part built from 1 saw + sub through a LP24 filter, cutoff sitting near 1220 Hz with modest resonance for movement without harshness. closer, Hitmaka/Ayo/Keyz/A1 production, featuring Ty Dolla Sign. Amp envelope keeps the pad sitting in the pocket with the drums; a clean signal sits it in the mix untreated.
